  • PayPal: We exclusively accept PayPal for all payments on our website. This includes payments made through a PayPal account, linked bank accounts, or credit/debit cards via PayPal.

2. Payment Methods

We offer two ways to pay using PayPal on our website:

1. Add to Cart + PayPal Checkout

  • Step 1: Browse our products and click “Add to Cart” to select the items you wish to purchase.
  • Step 2: After adding items to your cart, click on the “Cart” icon at the top of the page to review your order.
  • Step 3: Once you confirm your order details, click “Check Out”.
  • Step 4: You will be directed to the checkout page, where you will select PayPal as the payment method.
  • Step 5: You will be redirected to PayPal’s official secure payment page. Log into your PayPal account and verify the payment amount to complete the transaction.
  • Step 6: Once the payment is successfully processed, you will be redirected back to our website, and an order confirmation email will be sent.

2. Pay with PayPal (Single-item Purchase)

  • Step 1: For single-item purchases, simply click “Pay with PayPal” on the product page.
  • Step 2: You will be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment platform, where you can log into your PayPal account or use a credit/debit card via PayPal’s checkout option.
  • Step 3: After confirming your payment details, complete the payment on PayPal’s page.
  • Step 4: Upon successful payment, you will return to our website, and an order confirmation email will be sent.

3. Payment Security

  • All transactions on our website are processed through PayPal, a secure payment platform that uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial information.
  • EDISH does not store or access any of your payment details. PayPal handles all payment transactions and ensures the highest level of security.

4. Payment Confirmation & Order Processing

  • After your payment is processed, you will receive a payment confirmation email and your order will be marked as “Paid”.
  • Order Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

5. Payment Issues & Customer Support

If you encounter any issues during payment processing, such as a failed transaction or a payment error, please:

  • Check your PayPal account for any alerts or issues (e.g., insufficient funds or account verification).
  • Contact PayPal customer support for assistance with resolving payment-related issues.
  • If you need further assistance, please email us at service@edish.top with your order number and PayPal transaction ID. Our customer service team is available Monday – Sunday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (ET).

Important Notes:

  • We do not accept any other payment methods, including credit/debit cards directly (without using PayPal).
  • All payments must be completed in full at the time of checkout.
  • If a payment issue arises, we reserve the right to cancel or hold the order until payment is successfully processed.
