Available Shipping Areas

We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including:

  • Contiguous United States

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

Unavailable Shipping Areas

We do not ship to the following locations:

  • Remote or inaccessible areas within the U.S.

  • U.S. overseas territories (including but not limited to Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands)

  • APO/FPO or military addresses

  • Any address that is not serviceable by standard domestic carriers

If an address is determined to be undeliverable after an order is placed, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • Processing time includes order verification, quality check, and shipment preparation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We currently offer Standard Shipping only. Expedited or express shipping options are not available.

4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

  • All orders qualify for free standard shipping

  • No minimum purchase requirement

  • Free shipping applies to:

    • Contiguous United States

    • Alaska

    • Hawaii

  • Free shipping does not apply to remote or inaccessible locations

No additional handling or shipping fees will be charged at checkout.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All orders are shipped within the United States

  • No customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs apply

  • Sales tax (if applicable) is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and local regulations.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking information will be available via the carrier’s official website.

  • If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days after shipment notification, please contact us.


7. Delivery Issues

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Please:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Contact the local carrier directly

  • Notify us within 3 days of the delivery status update

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer:

  • A replacement shipment or

  • A full refund

Resolution is typically completed within 5–7 business days after carrier confirmation.
