1. Eligible Returns (What Can Be Returned)

You may return eligible items under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • The item is in original packaging, including tags and accessories.

  • You received a defective item, incorrect item (wrong size/design), or the item was damaged during shipping.

Returns that meet these conditions can be processed without any return handling or shipping fees.


2. Non-Eligible Returns (What Cannot Be Returned)

We do not accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • Items that have been used, washed, worn, or altered.

  • Items that have been damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories.

  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery.

  • Customized or personalized items (unless defective or incorrect).


3. Return Timeframe

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • After 30 days, we are unable to process returns, and the item will be considered non-returnable.


4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos of the item (if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect)

  2. Return Approval
    Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days. If approved, you will receive:

    • Return confirmation

    • Designated return address for sending the item back

Important Notice:

  • Please do not return the item to any address on the package or website without our prior approval.

  • Returns sent to incorrect addresses will not be processed, and we are not responsible for lost packages.


5. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Free Return Shipping: If the return is due to a defective item, incorrect item, or shipping damage, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

  • Customer-Paid Shipping: If the return is due to a change of mind (e.g., no longer want the product), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.


6. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: Typically takes 5–7 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
